At Rio, you can order custom packaging without minimum order quantity restrictions. That’s a big advantage over using other hot stamp services with minimums in the thousands!

Impressions™ Service Charges
All items on your Impressions™ order (except totes)
are combineable for the best quantity price break.

Combine packaging items to get the best quantity price break per order. Plates are safely stored free-of-charge at Rio, protecting them from damage and reducing delivery time on re-orders.

A flat charge of $35.00 per invoice applies to Impressions™ orders for quantities of 200 pieces or less (on totes, this flat charge is $40.00 per invoice for quantities of 150 pieces or less).

Pricing applies to one-side, one-color imprinting.

Charges for Boxes and Pouches

Plate charges
One-time charge of $45.00 for one plate, $39.95 each for two
or more plates
• Maximum area is 3 ½" x 1 ½".
• If you need your logo in more than one size, each size requires a separate plate.
• Re-orders using an existing plate require you to pay only the service charge; you will not be charged for the plate after the one-time fee.

Service charges
Quantites of 200 pieces or less: $35.00 minimum charge

Quantities of 201–287 pieces: $0.17 per piece

Quantities of 288–719 pieces: $0.14 per piece

Quanities over 720 pieces: $0.12 per piece

Charges for Totes

Plate charges
Pricing is based on the size (in square inches) of the plate
• 1–30 square inches: $93.00 (one-time charge)
• For plate sizes greater than 30 square inches, please call 800.545.6566.

Service charges
Quantities of 150 pieces or less: $40.00 minimum charge

Quantities of 151–250 pieces: $0.25 per piece

Quantities of 251–750 pieces: $0.20 per piece

Quantities over 751 pieces: $0.17 per piece
